Meal Plan When Using Adderall

As one of the many benefits of taking Adderall is of course weight loss, we have chosen to compile a meal plan below that may give you a few ideas in regards to what you can prepare as a wholesome meal when you are taking Adderall.

You can of course eat all kinds of meals when you are losing weight, however the following different meals have been chosen by us as they are very quick and simple to prepare and are full of nutrients.

Please take a few minutes going through the following meals listed below and if you are interested in making any of them then do of course either bookmark this page or print it off as it will be easier to refer to it that way.

I’m going to use the C word here! No not that one! Carbohydrates! We need these to survive and as the weather is getting warmer, we want cold and light foods so here are a couple of ideas to get you started!

Tuna, Salmon and Pasta Salad

This delicious salad is perfect when entertaining, simply chuck it all into a large bowl and let your guests help themselves. Alternatively the tuna salmon and pasta can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge and you add salad as and when you like. You can also freeze the Tuna, Salmon and Pasta and defrost it over night.


Iceberg Lettuce

Red Pepper


Cherry Tomatoes

Red Onion

Beetroot (optional)

200g Tuna

200g Salmon

Extra Light Mayonnaise to taste

800g Pasta Shells


Boil pasta shells until soft, plunge in cold water and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Open and drain the Tuna and Salmon and set aside.

Drain the now chilled pasta and add Tuna and Salmon.

Add a generous amount of Mayonnaise and gently stir and fold until the right consistency is achieved (I don’t do this, but you can do and add salt and pepper to taste). Place back in the fridge.

Slice Lettuce and place in a large bowl.

Cut as you like the Onion, Tomatoes, Beetroot and Cucumber and set aside.

Pour the Tuna, Salmon and Pasta over the lettuce and then put your remaining salad on top. Serve with a lemon wedge if you like.

Spanish Meatballs

If you want something fiery and filling but without all the excess fat and calories, then meatballs are perfect., and if you’re cooking for ‘the lads’ these are perfect snacks served with warm crusty bread rolls, or you can serve them on a bed of pasta or with rice depending on your preference.

Ingredients for 4 people

1kg extra lean minced beef (fresh)


Green Peppers

Tomato Puree

Tomato Sauce

1 large onion


Take around a twelfth of the minced beef in your hand and squish it in your hand. Once well bounded roll between your hands to make a ball approximately an inch and a half wide all-round. Set aside and repeat with the rest of the meat. Place your formed meatballs in the fridge.

Chop the Chorizo into even cubes and dry fry until crisp, remove from the pan and set on a piece of kitchen roll to absorb the fat.

In the same pan, add the meatballs with the Chorizo fat.

Peel and slice the onion however you prefer and set aside.

Slice and Core the Peppers and add Onions and Peppers to the pan with the meatballs to soften.

If there is excess fat in the pan, remove everything and drain on kitchen roll, dispose of the fat and clean the pan.

Add around 2 inches of Tomato Puree (about 10g) to the mix and stir in.

Add the Cooked Chorizo to the pan.

Add the Tomato sauce and bring to the boil.

Once boiling, take down to a simmer and leave with the lid off for around 30 minutes. If the sauce reduces too much, add more tomato sauce, or a generous glug of red wine.

If you are concerned the meatballs aren’t cooked through, cook for a further 10 minutes with the lid on the pan.

Serve with anything you like!

Tasty Potato Wedges

Probably the ultimate downfall of most people trying to lose weight is fried food. However, these tasty wedges are not only tasty, but surprisingly cheap and they require little more than a little fore thought. Perfect for BBQ’s, parties, a rare treat or even as part of a salad, these versatile and somewhat tasty wedges have had my friends asking for the recipe for years!

Ingredients for 1 serving

1 Left Over Jacket Potato

Salt and Pepper to taste


If you have a load of potatoes that are due to turn, oven bake the lot of them at 200 degrees C for around 1 – 2 hours with no foil. Simply prick the skin and chuck ‘em in!

Once cooked, remove from the oven and allow them to cool. Select the number of potatoes you need and put the rest into the freezer, these can be used at a later date for jacket potatoes or for wedges.

Halve the potatoes then halve them again and again until you have around 8 wedges per potato.

Heat a frying pan or deep fryer to 180 degrees C, and plunge in.

Allow the wedges to cook for 5 – 10 minutes or until nice and crispy and brown.

Remove from the Oil, and drain on a kitchen towel.

Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper if you wish, and turn them out into a bowl or on a plate.

Ultimate Wedge Sauce

There’s no point telling you to eat wedges with nothing to dip them in! This is my favourite sauce and it takes minutes!

Ingredients for 1 serving

1 Tablespoon Ketchup

Paprika to taste

Chilli Powder to taste

Simply squirt your ketchup into a small dish, add Paprika and stir in, keep tasting until you have you ideal flavour.

Add Chilli powder and stir in, adding more if needed.

If the sauce is too hot, add more ketchup.
